Dr. Lewis has enjoyed a 27-year career in audiology, most recently as Professor and Academic Education Lead within the School of Audiology at Pacific University. Prior to that, she worked as a research investigator at the VARRDT National Center for Rehabilitative Auditory Research (NCRAR) at the VA Portland Health Care System. She continues to maintain an affiliation with NCRAR, as well as an affiliation with the Department of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at the Oregon Health & Science University. Dr. Lewis also is currently serving as a section editor (continuing education) for the Journal of the American Academy of Audiology and as an associate editor for Audiology Today and for web content for the American Academy of Audiology.
