Dr. Phallon Doss is a respected clinical audiologist and owner of Doss Audiology & Hearing Center, proudly serving the greater San Antonio area. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Texas Woman’s University, she earned her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of North Texas. Dr. Doss specializes in diagnostic evaluations, hearing aid fittings, electrophysiology, and cochlear implant programming, performing the first cochlear implant activation in Schertz, Texas.

For more than a decade, she has served as contract educational audiologist for Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City ISD, supporting student hearing health and amplification services. Under her leadership, Doss Audiology has grown into a thriving multi-provider, two-location practice.

Dr. Doss has been recognized as a 40 Under 40 award winner and Healthcare Hero honoree by the San Antonio Business Journal, with features in national publications including O, The Oprah Magazine, Fortune, and Entrepreneur. She is a frequent speaker, educator, and advocate for hearing health.
