Payal Anand, AuD, is Director of Audiology and Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). She directs clinical audiology services and leads initiatives to improve access, quality, and outcomes in hearing and balance care. Her research bridges clinical practice and interdisciplinary collaboration, with current work as Co-Investigator on a PCORI-funded pediatric hearing screening study and Audiology Co-Chair for the NRG-HN001 clinical trial examining hearing outcomes in cancer treatment. She also serves on institutional, state, and national committees and mentors clinicians and trainees across audiology and related disciplines, supporting collaborative clinical and research work.
