For the past 6 years, Steve Smith has worked at Flex VRA developing tools to assist pediatric audiologists perform hearing evaluations for children and difficult to test patients. After graduating from Texas Tech University in 2007, Steve began his 17+ year career in the audiometric instrumentation industry and began assisting development of Flex VRA in 2018. Prior to his work with Flex, Steve worked in various audiometric instrumentation roles including hardware service, software support, and sales management.
