Dr. Colucci has extensive experience in clinical, industrial, military, and forensic audiology, serving patients of all ages. He received his doctorate from Central Michigan University, was ASHA-certified and licensed in 1976, and ABAC in 1999. From 2007 to 2020, he served as a consultant for Chevron. In 2010, he presented "Fetal Noise Protection in Reproductive Health" at the British Petroleum US. Health Conference. From 1999 to 2018, he served as the consulting audiologist for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station. From 2020 to the present, he has conducted over 1,500 disability evaluations for soldiers and veterans with the VA. Dr. Colucci testified in over 100 medical-legal cases. Recently, he testified on behalf of federal agencies and also in the largest mass tort case in US history. Dr. Colucci has published over fifty articles in The Hearing Journal and authored "Forensic Audiology" for the 2025 4th Edition of Strategic Practice Management.
