Ross Cushing, AuD, is the Founder and CEO of Live Better Hearing + Balance, a multi-state audiology organization with clinics across Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. He is a practicing audiologist and owner who focuses on growing and nurturing practices in ways that respect patients, support clinicians, and create long-term stability. Dr. Cushing spends much of his time making thoughtful decisions around payer participation, pricing, and operations, always with an eye toward delivering high-quality care while maintaining a healthy practice environment. His perspective is shaped by day-to-day ownership experience and reflects the real choices practice owners face as hearing healthcare continues to evolve.
