Carlos Alberto Conceição Santana Júnior, MSc, AuD (Brazil) is a Speech-Language Pathologist and Audiologist with advanced clinical training in cochlear implants and hearing devices. He earned his master’s degree in Rehabilitation Sciences from the Hospital for Rehabilitation of Craniofacial Anomalies – University of São Paulo (HRAC/USP), where he is currently a PhD candidate supported by FAPESP. His research focuses on teleaudiology, hearing rehabilitation, and implantable devices. He is also a researcher in the ReAbilita Project (FINEP/NCTI) and vice-coordinator of the Diversity Task Force of the Brazilian Society of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
