Maegan Amedee, a native of Thibodaux, Louisiana, is a Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) student at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Nicholls State University in 2023.

Maegan has participated in pediatric resident education and supported professional events, including the Usher Syndrome Symposium and LSUHSC Interview Days. Beyond academics and research, Maegan serves as Treasurer and previously served as Social Media Elect for the Student Academy of Audiology at LSUHSC, where she contributes to fundraising, outreach, and student engagement.
