Dr. Hisagi is an Associate Professor and Director of Doctor of Audiology (AuD) Program, in the Department of Communication Disorders at California State University, Los Angeles (Cal State LA). Her Ph.D. was completed at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York (CUNY-GC), and her AuD was completed at the University of Connecticut (UConn). Her areas of expertise are psychoacoustics, speech science, hearing science, electrophysiology, bilingualism, and geriatric audiology. Her current research topic is the neurophysiological measures of hearing and speech processing in normal and hearing impaired individuals.
