I’m Ben Thompson, an audiologist, entrepreneur, and the founder of Treble Health—a private practice that’s transforming tinnitus care. At Treble Health, we’ve helped over 5,000 patients and enrolled more than 2,500 people in our comprehensive tinnitus treatment program, achieving an 85% success rate. Our team consists of 12 world-class audiologists, all specializing in tinnitus and sound tolerance disorders, committed to an evidence-based and empathetic approach.

I completed my audiology residency at UCSF Medical Center (San Francisco), where I had the privilege of developing my tinnitus clinical approach under Dr. Troy Cascia, AuD, who was trained by Dr. Robert Sweetow, PhD. I've studied directly with my primary mentor Dr. Pawel Jastreboff, PhD, the founder of Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT). This unique mentorship, paired with years of clinical experience and personally treating hundreds of patients, drives my dedication to advancing tinnitus care.
