Dr. Meagan Bachmann is a dynamic leader in audiology and healthcare innovation, known for her ability to bridge clinical excellence with strategic vision. With nearly 20 years of experience, she currently serves as Director of Audiology and Outpatient Speech Pathology at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, where she leads a multidisciplinary team across speech and hearing services, overseeing operations and clinical care. She’s a frequent speaker, including the American Academy of Audiology and has been published in Radiographics, Seminars in Hearing, and the ASHA Leader. She has served on multiple boards including the American Academy of Audiology and the NC Academy of Audiology.

Dr. Bachmann holds a Doctor of Audiology from UNC Chapel Hill and a Master’s in Healthcare Leadership from Wake Forest University. She is Board Certified with a Specialty in Cochlear Implants and is a Fellow of the National Academies of Practice.
