Nicole M. Anzalone, Au.D., is the owner and sole operator of Preferred Audiology Care, LLC, doing business as Syracuse Hearing Solutions. Since 2009, she has built one of Central New York’s most trusted private audiology practices, known for patient‑first care and clinical excellence. Dr. Anzalone provides comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, advanced hearing aid technology, tinnitus treatment, aural rehabilitation, and customized hearing protection for all ages. She also established one of the first in‑house 3‑D printed custom hearing protection laboratories in the region, contributing to her practice’s consistent year‑over‑year growth and 5‑star reputation.
Her earlier clinical work included ENT collaboration, pediatric and geriatric diagnostics, vestibular testing, and hearing aid management. Before private practice, she developed a strong research background at Syracuse University’s Institute for Sensory Research, contributing to peer‑reviewed publications on cochlear implant loudness perception.She holds a Doctor of Audiology, a Master’s in Neuroscience, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Syracuse University.
