Dana Helmink, Au.D is a Senior Clinical Product Specialist with Widex. She joined the Widex Professional Development team in 2018. Her responsibilities include supporting customers, leading training seminars, and assisting in the development of educational materials. Dana earned her Master of Arts in Audiology from Northern Illinois University and her Doctor of Audiology degree from Salus University. She worked in clinical audiology in Illinois, where she also served more than 10 years on the board of directors of the Illinois Academy of Audiology. With more than 15 years in product management, Dana has applied her experience in user-centered design and usability testing to develop innovative training programs that make it easy for professionals to embrace new technology and provide patients with access to the best hearing care solutions.
