Olivia Goodyear is a second-year Doctor of Audiology student at the University of Iowa. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Hearing Sciences, with a minor in music, from the University of Iowa in December of 2023. She has served as a Research Assistant in the Pediatric Audiology and Language Lab under Dr. Elizabeth Walker since 2021. Olivia also works as the Clinic Operations and Communications Assistant for the University of Iowa Speech, Language, and Hearing Clinic. In addition, she is the Vice President on the executive board for the University of Iowa’s Student Academy of Audiology. Olivia enjoys working with hearing aid patients across the life span and values empowering individuals through hearing education.
